Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 7, 2026
Overview
ADSwift is a native macOS application for managing Apple Search Ads campaigns. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data ADSwift accesses, how it is used, and how it is stored.
Data We Do Not Collect
ADSwift does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. We do not operate analytics, tracking, or telemetry services. Specifically:
- No personal information is sent to us or any third party.
- No usage analytics or crash reports are collected by us.
- No advertising identifiers or device fingerprints are gathered.
- No cookies or web tracking technologies are used within the app.
Data Stored Locally
ADSwift stores the following data locally on your Mac:
- Apple Search Ads API credentials — Your API keys and authentication tokens are stored securely on your device and are only used to communicate directly with Apple's APIs.
- Campaign data — Campaign, ad group, keyword, and reporting data fetched from the Apple Search Ads API is cached locally to provide a fast experience.
- AI chat provider settings — If you configure optional AI chat features, your API keys for third-party providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) are stored locally on your device.
- RevenueCat configuration — If you use the RevenueCat integration, your API keys are stored locally.
Third-Party Services
ADSwift communicates directly with the following services on your behalf when you configure them:
- Apple Search Ads API — To fetch and manage your campaign data. Governed by Apple's terms.
- AI providers (optional) — If you enable AI chat, your queries are sent directly to the provider you select (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI). Each provider's own privacy policy applies.
- RevenueCat (optional) — If configured, ADSwift connects to RevenueCat's API to display revenue data. Governed by RevenueCat's privacy policy.
ADSwift does not act as an intermediary — all API calls go directly from your Mac to these services.
Data Security
All data is stored locally on your Mac. API credentials are kept in your application support directory. We recommend keeping your macOS user account secured with a strong password and enabling FileVault disk encryption.
Children's Privacy
ADSwift is a professional tool for app developers and marketers. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
